Ice Cubes: I’ve messed around with pressing cold things into him while he was tied up or vulnerable in some other way, and I enjoy it. Oddly, I’ve never tried using ice cubes for this, usually a can fresh out of the fridge suffices. Recently I had the idea of combining cold play and heat play in an alternating fashion - surely not the most original idea ever to come from anybody ever in the history of the world, but the thought brought a smile to my face.
Immobilization: Disturbing that when I read this, the first thing I thought of was that scene from Misery. Not sure what it means by immobilization exactly. Richard expressed some desire to have his knees hit with one of those triangular hammers that they use to test your reflexes - he even bought one - so that next day he would be unable to walk. I haven’t tried it yet.
Infantilism: I do completely ‘get’ the adult baby thing, even though it does nothing for me. That’s just how much empathy I have! Amazing!
Initiation Rites: Not sure what is implied here, or if I could take whatever was implied seriously. I’d certainly enjoy some small ritualized behaviour, but no fancy contrived thing. I’ve seen a couple of pictures depicting submission rituals, the only one I remember clearly right now showed the domina about to drop the guy’s jeans and some other apparel into a fire. I hope she went through his pockets first, you know what men are like…
Injections/I.V. Lines: Eep! No, just no.
Interrogations: I will reiterate that I’m not good at acting or ‘getting into’ pretending to be someone else. Of all the fantasy scenes, I think an interrogation scene would be easiest for me, so if I wanted to get into role-playing more, it would be a good starting point for me.

Temperature play was among my earliest fantasies when I was a boy. Something like ice sounds like it could be pretty strong but safe. And moving the temperature up and down.
When I think of immobilization I think of very tight bondage. Though being in a confining space like a cage, box or closet would be about the same.
Yeah I have had some pretty iffy fantasies about being rendered unable to stand the next day. Probably too risky for us to actually try. Actually I got the rubber triangle hammer for the same sensitive spot as the paint stirrer. But considering your earlier warning I’d best be quiet about that :-)
I can only guess what initiation rituals might mean. Some people want to play frat house hazing and the like. I’ve imagined ceremonial surrender. Not sure if I’ve ever mentioned that or written any of it up. Will try to do so soon.

Interrogation scenes have been a part of my fantasy life on and off. Not that I’m any good at playacting myself. Probably from some old spy movie I got the image of being tied to a chair and punished whiled being told to tell what I knew. Of course I wouldn’t know anything. Maybe on the silly side.
