On Human Footstools
• Headspaces
I love human footstools, they are a beautiful sight. Let’s face it, as dominants, we sometimes just need to sit down and put our feet up, take a break from all that hard work ;)
The beauty of a human footstool scene comes to me through the submissive’s desire to be useful in a situation where the dominant isn’t putting any input in. There’s nothing for her to do but relax, and no expectation or sign that she’ll be doing anything else. Of course that doesn’t mean a bit of heel torture sometimes is too much work…
With or without footwear, it’s a nice feeling to have flesh under your feet. It’s a nice material for furniture and the wonderful thing is, no slaves have to die to produce slaveskin furniture - they just have to give up moving for a while and stay put.
I wonder how long my pet can be trained to do this for, given something soft to cushion his knees? With or without bondage? What’s the longest you’ve either served this way, or had your slave/pet serve you this way?

I was surprised and very happy that after that first night that didn’t work out well I fell into this role naturally later on.
For me duration is I think partly a measure of how surrendered I am. And I need to do stretching to make sure my body is up to it.

My pet appeared to be having some difficulty figuring out what was the proper height to assume; he had his behind stuck up in the air at a rather fetching but unreasonable angle.
I’ve told him we’re going to do some out-of-scene experimenting with different heights. I’m not ruling out the possibility of telling him to be tall, medium, or low. He’s a bit concerned about his knees, and I’m hoping that doing this out of scene will help ensure he doesn’t do anything silly hoping to please me.

The more you are in the scene / mood the longer you can stay. That is good but risks screwing with the knees from simple duration and it can take days to recover from that. But there’s no alternative to trial and error.
The angle that puts the least weight on his knees I’d think would be the best.
Hope you’ll share your experiments with us.
